Welcome to SPOTTCHI and our Website, spottchi.com. These terms and conditions (\the”Terms\”) apply when you as a consumer (\”You\”), place an order through or use spottchi.com and associated pages (the\”WEBSITE\”). The terms constitute an agreement between you and SPOTTCHI LTD, reg. No. 14227932, 128, City Rd. EC1V 2NX, London, UK (\”SPOTTCHI\” OR \”WE\”) and by placing an order through or by using the Website you agree to these terms. We ask that you carefully read the Terms before further use of the Website.

All purchases made through the Website are intended for non-commercial use only and by placing an order through the Website you confirm that you are an end consumer. Upon suspicions of purchasing for commercial use, SPOTTCHI reserves the right to request proof of you being an end consumer and to deny or cancel your order until such proof has been provided by you.


When shopping on the Website, we will store some of your personal information in order to carry out your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or removed. SPOTTCHI does not store or handle any banking or credit card information. We may also use cookies, e.g. to enhance your experience of the Website.

Terms of the order

Any order placed on the Website shall imply express acceptance of the Terms and acceptance of the prices and products available for sales on the Website.

Process of the Order

The Customer who wants to place an order must comply with the following procedure:

1. Product choice: the Customer must select the Product that he/she/it would like to order.
2. Checking of the content of the Customer’s selection: the Customer checks the content of his/her/its /her/its basket whilst having the opportunity to delete the Products he/she/it has selected.
3. Identification: the Customer must complete the identification form made available to him/her/it and provide the requested information (mandatory information: title, surname, first name or corporate name, e-mail address, password, telephone number for the delivery).

4. Checking of the Customer’s order: the Customer checks the content of his/her/its /her/its order, the total price, the delivery and invoicing addresses while keeping the possibility of deleting a Product or modifying the invoicing or delivery address. The Customer confirms his/her/its /her/its method of delivery and payment. The Customer must confirm his/her/its /her/its acceptance of these Terms by checking the corresponding box. The validation of the order is only possible after having checked this box.

5. Order acknowledgement of receipt: the Customer receives an e-mail summing up the content of his/her/its /her/its order, namely:

- His/her/its delivery and invoicing addresses
- The order number

- The date of the order

- The list of Products ordered and their amounts

- The method of delivery (Client’s address or “point relay”)

The Customer is advised to keep and print this document, which is official proof of his/her/its order. The order is then registered and processed by SPOTTCHI which checks the availability of the Product(s) ordered. Any order placed implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale.


After placing an order, We will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase.

By placing an order on the Website you confirm that you are over the age of 18. We reserve the right in individual cases to deny or change your order. e.g. if you have given false personal information and/or have any record for non-payment of debt.

We accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and other local payment options. If your choice of payment method is not working at the time of your purchase, SPOTTCHI reserves the right to change payment method.

All prices set out of the Website are including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluded VAT. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that SPOTTCHI has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, SPOTTCHI cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.


We ship our products worldwide and the estimated delivery date depends on the country and the shipping alternative you choose. In the event that the delivery is delayed, which causes you to no longer wish to complete the purchase, the responsibility is yours to make a cancellation. You shall contact SPOTTCHI´s customer support and a cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from SPOTTCHI. In the event that the item has already been processed, you are obliged to receive the order. This does not limit your right to cancel the order.

If a product is no longer offered, SPOTTCHI has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will notify you of a refund or it a similar product is available. SPOTTCHI´s responsibility for errors in connection with delivery is limited to what is set out in these Terms.

In the event that an order is delivered to a pick-up point and you fail to retrieve the package in time, We reserve the right to take out a fee to cover any additional costs.

If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report it as promptly as possible to SPOTTCHI´s customer support.


You have 14 days from the day of delivery of the Product purchased on the Website to inform the customer service of your desire to return the Product.

For any return, You shall use the return form enclosed in the delivery packing or contact the customer service via e-mail contact@spottchi.com. Any product returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Products are borne by the sender. In order for the customer service to accept the exchange and/or reimbursement, the Product must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. You shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

SPOTTCHI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.

Any return must be made by a traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, return receipt requested, etc.) and the tracking number must be provided to SPOTTCHI.

On receipt of the Product returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.

In the event the Customer makes a valid use of this right by the Customer, SPOTTCHI shall reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the same and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (therefore excluding potential customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer into the account used with the credit card bearing the Customer’s name.

Complaints (defective products and other cases)

SPOTTCHI offers a one (1) year warranty in relation to all products sold on the Website. The warranty covers manufacturing defects limited to product fitting, stitching and adhesives.

Note that SPOTTCHI´s warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

-       Outer circumstances such as e.g. loss, heat, fire, water or other fluids.

-       Misuse or improper use including dropping the product causing e.g. dents, broken or crushed parts etc,

-       Repair or modifications to the product not carried out by SPOTTCHI.

In case of delivery of defective products by SPOTTCHI, under the statutory warranty Customer shall be entitled to the following remedies:

a.                 price reduction;

b.                 refund of the price (termination of contract);

c.                 replacement of defective products;

d.                 products repair.

In order to lodge a complaint (for a defective product or for any other case), Customer may File a complaint online. To use this option, Customer should contact the Customer Service at contact@spottchi.com. If applicable, Customer Service employees may ask for photos of the products in which the defect is visible or to which the complaint refers to.

1.     SPOTTCHI shall respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days of its receipt. Failure by SPOTTCHI to respond within the aforementioned period means that SPOTTCHI considers the Customer's complaint to be justified. SPOTTCHI shall notify the Customer of any deficiencies in the complaint without delay, together with information on how the deficiencies in the complaint should be supplemented.

2.     In the event that the Customer, under the statutory warranty, claims the refund of the price or a price reduction, the following rules shall apply: upon receipt of the products to the following address: SPOTTCHI, VIVELVAGEN 14, 75660, UPPSALA, SWEDEN and upon SPOTTCHI' determination that the products are defective, SPOTTCHI shall send an email to the Customer confirming its acknowledgement of the return of the defective products, shall order a (total or partial) price and all shipping costs (including product return) refund confirmation to the bank or third party payment services provider (such as Billmate, PayPal or Klarna) no later than 14 days after receipt of the refund. The time for returning the amount due to the Customer depends on the Customer's bank or third parties payment services provider (such as Billmate, PayPal or Klarna) and is not controlled in any way by SPOTTCHI.

3.      If SPOTTCHI does not accept the complaint, then Customer has the possibility to use out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and claims in accordance with the procedure of online dispute resolution developed by the European Commission. Statutory warranty of conformity:

SPOTTCHI shall deliver to the Customer a Product that complies with the contract and which is exempt from conformity defects at the time of the delivery of said Product, to the extent that the Product shall be fit for the use normally expected of similar goods and that it shall have the characteristics featured during the sale. SPOTTCHI is also liable for conformity defects resulting from the packaging, assembly or installation instructions provided such liability as agreed by contract or such processes where made under its responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances may SPOTTCHI be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure on the part of SPOTTCHI to comply with one of its obligations. 

Force Majeure

SPOTTCHI shall not be liable for any damages, loss or penalties caused by the non-performance in accordance with these Terms due to circumstances out of its control including but not limited to in case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural catastrophes or similar event, technical problems, failure of electrical / telecommunications / data communications or other communications, as well as defects or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. If such circumstances occur, We will try to inform you.


These Terms and your use of the Website are constructed under and governed by the substantial laws of Sweden and UK. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Website shall be finally settled by Swedish or English court. Notwithstanding the above, SPOTTCHI has the right to, at its sole discretion, choose to take legal action against a consumer where the consumer has its permanent residence. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and SPOTTCHI and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU´s functioning dispute settlement online, ODR. More information can be found via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable (partly or in whole), the provision in question shall be enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining Terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall not in no way be affected.

Terms Changes and Updates.

SPOTTCHI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the time they are set out on the Website and are able for you to review.
